Film Reflection (answered on a separate sheet of paper, individually): Compare and contrast the film and play versions of Fences (using specific examples from the film and play…paraphrasing is acceptable this time) UPDATED DUE DATE: Act I and Act II writing prompts are now due FRIDAY by 8am not tonight by 10pm. Today was work time for the Act I and II paragraphs. For each paragraph, you need to include 3-4 cited quotes from the play, integrate them, have a thesis, and analyze the quotes to demonstrate an understanding of the play. Today we started Fences by taking some intro notes and then reading Act I, Scene I as a class. You will also be completing a reading guide throughout the novel, so please make sure you take time after each scene to answer the questions.
