Today we continued our minorities unit by starting with the Harlem Renaissance. We read Langston Hughes' "When the Negro was In Vogue", and Zora Neale Hurston's "How it Feels to be Colored Me". See slides 1-7 for the notes, slides 8-13 for the group assignments. If you were absent, please make sure you read both essays.
