Today we worked on Self and Society Poem Analysis (slide 39, pages 9-10 in the Poetry Packet). I also stamped the Journey Poem and the Picture Poem from Thursday and Friday.

Homework: finish Picture and Journey poems for Monday. Today we started working on a Journey Poem (slides 31-34, and pages 7-8 in Poetry Packet). This poem is due Monday due to length.

Homework: finish Childhood Poem for Wednesday. Bring book for a reading day! Today we analyzed Poems of Childhood (slides 28-29, and pages 5-6 in Poetry Packet). You need to just analyze ONE poem, using the questions on the bottom of page 6.
