Today we had our class sharing of the General Strike research reports. We then prepared for the timed write assessment tomorrow (slide 35). This is open note/open book, so feel free to prepare evidence for tomorrow. You may not bring in any drafts though.

Today we continued the Seattle General Strike (slides 29-34). You will be doing a partner research report that we will share with the class on Tuesday (slide 29-34).
Don't forget: we will be having a founding of Washington State and Seattle assessment (timed write) on Wednesday. It will cover everything from Washington becoming a state, Founders of Seattle, race riots and immigration, Seattle fire, industries and labor, and General Strike. Today we looked at industries in Seattle and the Seattle General Strike (slides 21-31). You will be doing a partner research report that we will share with the class on Tuesday (slide 29-31). Monday will be another work period, and we will share in class on Tuesday.
