Today we had our graded class discussion on the Constitutions of Washington and the United States. I collected the critical reading, discussion question, and the diagram at the end of the period. No homework.
Today we critically read, and complete a comparison diagram, comparing the Constitutions of Washington and the United States. You need to finish the reading, write one discussion question, and fill in the diagram for class tomorrow. We will be having a graded class discussion tomorrow.
Don't forget: submit your newspaper article on turnitin.com by the start of class tomorrow. You also need to bring a hard copy to class on Wednesday. Today we worked on our class newspaper assignment (slides 20-23). We will be looking at events/people that lead to Washington becoming a state by creating newspaper articles that we will compiled into a class newspaper. These are due Wednesday at the start of class (and you need to submit a copy to turnitin.com).
